1. Returns

1.1 Return Eligibility:
You may return items purchased from Perfume Box within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards

1.3 How to Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@perfumbox.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documents.
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address: “adress”

1.4 Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

2.2 Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you used a gift card or store credit, the refund will be applied to your account.

2.3 Partial Refunds:
If an item is returned in a condition that is not in its original state, or if parts of the item are missing, we may issue a partial refund.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 Reporting Issues:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@perfumbox.com. Provide details and photographs of the damage or defect, and we will assist you with a return and refund or replacement.

5. Order Errors

5.1 Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send the correct item at no additional cost.
